Returns and Complaints Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers and entrepreneurs with consumer rights have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit your return request:

• by using the return form available on our website, or

• by sending an email to: info@nordicwoodstyle.shop.

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with further instructions regarding the return process and the return shipping address.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• be unused and undamaged,

• show no signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functionality,

• be returned complete with all accessories,

• be returned, where possible, in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item unless otherwise required by applicable law.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases specified by applicable consumer protection laws, including but not limited to:

• products made to the customer's specifications,

• clearly personalized or custom-made products.

In addition, we do not accept returns of products marked as Outlet or Limited Edition, provided that such exclusions comply with applicable law and were clearly communicated before the purchase.

4. Product Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your purchased item for a different variant, size, or model, please contact us before returning the product by emailing:

Please include your order number and details of the item you would like to receive in exchange. We will then provide you with further instructions regarding the exchange process.

If an exchange is not possible, we will either issue a refund in accordance with this Returns Policy or invite you to place a new order for the desired product.

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Please note that we do not refund original shipping costs.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment service provider.

Complaints

1. Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

• a description of the issue,

• photos showing the defect or damage (if possible).

2. Complaint Handling

We will review your complaint within 14 calendar days of receiving it.

If your complaint is accepted, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law, including:

• repair of the product,

• replacement with a new product,

• a price reduction,

• a full or partial refund, where applicable.
