Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving the goods to request a return. 

To qualify for a return, the goods must be in the same condition as when received, must not be used, must have attached labels, and be in the original packaging. 
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@nordicwoodstyle.shop. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: MESSTO made by wood ul. Przydatki 14 87-162 Grębocin. 

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Goods sent to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
You should check the order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the goods are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable goods
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include, for example, custom products (such as products supplied as part of special orders or personalized). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of outlet items or limited editions. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase of a new item after the return has been accepted.

14-day withdrawal period in the European Union
Regardless of the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your goods must be in the same condition as when received, must not be used, must have attached labels, and be in the original packaging. 

Cost Returns
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and inform you about the acceptance or rejection of the refund. If the refund is accepted, it will be processed automatically via the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and complete the refund.

Return and complaint policy

1. Returns – right of withdrawal

According to applicable law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the order.

To exercise your right to return:

·       Contact us at: info@nordicwoodstyle.shop

·       In the email subject, write: Return – order number

·       Send us information about your intention to return and your order details

·       Send the product back in an undamaged condition to: Nordic wood style, ul. Przydatki 14, 87-162 Grębocin. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

2. Return acceptance conditions

The product must:

·       be unused, undamaged, and complete

·       be in the original packaging

·       show no signs of use

We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the return shipment – using the same payment method used for the purchase.

3. Complaints (damaged or incorrect product)

If you received a defective or damaged product, write to us at: info@nordicwoodstyle.shop 

Include the following in your message:

·       order number

·       description of the problem

·       photos documenting the defect/damage

We will process your complaint within 14 business days from the moment we receive it.

If the complaint is accepted, we will offer:

·       repair or replacement of the product, or

·       refund.
