Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days from the moment payment is received. During sales periods or holidays, processing time may be slightly longer.

2. Delivery Time

Approximate delivery time (after shipment):

• Poland: 1–3 business days
• EU: 2–7 business days (DPD courier) 

The times provided are approximate and depend on the courier company and local conditions.

3. Shipping Costs

• Standard shipping cost: InPost courier 16 PLN, Pocztex courier 12 PLN, InPost parcel lockers 14 PLN (Poland), DPD courier 13 PLN, DPD point 12 PLN
• International shipping costs are calculated during the order process and depend on the delivery country.

4. Shipping Methods

We cooperate with trusted courier companies such as:
InPost, DPD, Poczta Polska (depending on the selected option and location).

5. Package Tracking

After the shipment is sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package.
