1. Order processing time
We process all orders within 1–5 business days of payment being credited. W During sales or holidays, processing time may be slightly longer.
2. Delivery time
Estimated delivery time (after dispatch):
- Poland: 1–3 business days
- EU: 2–7 business days (DPD courier)
- Switzerland: 4-14 business days (Postal service)
The times given are estimates and depend on the courier company and local conditions.
3. Shipping costs

The delivery cost depends on the destination country and the selected shipping method. The exact amount is displayed during checkout, after you provide the delivery address and before you finally confirm and pay for your order.
4. Shipping methods
We work with trusted courier companies, such as:
InPost, DPD, Postal service (depending on the selected option and location).
5. Shipment tracking
Once your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
6. Delivery issues
If your parcel has not arrived, has been damaged or contains incorrect products, please contact us immediately at: info@nordicwoodstyle.shop. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Shipping outside the European Union
Shipments delivered outside the European Union may be subject to additional charges, such as customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees charged by the carrier or postal operator.
These fees are not included in the price of the products or the shipping cost and are payable by the buyer. Their amount depends on the regulations of the destination country.
Customs clearance may extend the estimated delivery time.
